Returns

 

Return Policy

You can request a return or an exchange for any item within 14 days from the original delivery date. Free of charge in The Netherlands and the EU, the buyer pays for the return outside of the EU.

Please note that exchanges will only be offered for a different size in the exactly same item originally ordered. If you would like to change to a different item, a new order must be placed.

 

Please follow the below instructions to return your item:

1. Contact BANANATIME customer care by emailing info@bananatime.com, include your order number and the reason for your return. After approving the return, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label and a delivery service info.

2. Make sure the garment you return is in its original condition, with the garment tag still attached and packaging. Products cannot be returned if they are incomplete, damaged, soiled, or if they have been worn.

3. Pack the items in the order box and include a copy of the invoice and a confirmed email authorization for refund or exchange from Bananatime so we have your complete order and contact information. You will need to print out the pre-paid shipping label and fix it firmly onto the outside of the package.

4. Contact the delivery service to arrange the pick-up of your package.

5. Bananatime will refund the purchase price to you within fifteen (15) working days of the receipt of returned goods.

 

Bananatime is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit. Therefore packages must be traceable and must require a signature upon delivery (e.g. FedEx, UPS, registered mail).

Bananatime will not refund the shipping charges, duties, taxes, or any additional charges that may incur.
